Full range of proper tabs and switches on the accordion set the midi expander.  We provide a brand new pocket size midi expander and that is it.  The whole kit fits inside the accordion case along with the accordion and connecting leads.
This accordion allows you to press as many tabs and sounds on the accordion as you want at the same time.  Most MIDI accordions allow one sound per section (treble, bass and chords) while this one allows you to genuinely layer sounds to create a really full sound.  We think the system is unbeatable and is certainly good to play.  The accordion has an excellent touch keyboard with the reeds available in any combination.
Incredibly easy to use just press the buttons or turn the volume knobs - that is it - can’t go wrong really.  This model encompasses simplicity with extreme controllability e.g. rotary controls for sustain, volume etc.

Bass
On/off - grand piano - channel 3
8’ / 8’ + 16’ - electric bass - channel 12
Sustain - turns on bass sustain rotary knob, just for piano
Perc - bass drum on bass note, cymbal on chord note - channel 10
Automat bass - tango accordion - channel 15
Automat rhythms - soprano sax - channel 16

Cancel - turns off treble
Treble sustain - turns on treble sustain (for channels 1, 4 and 6) 

Chords 
Flutes - channel 2 - clarinet
Sustain - turns on bass strings sustain - channels 6, 13 & 14
Man/aut - transposed up one octave - applies to electric bass (channel 12), soprano sax (channel 16), chords clarinet (channel 2), chords tremolo strings (channel 13). 
Piano - acoustic grand piano - channel 1
Cello - tremolo strings - channel 13
Guitar - orchestral harp - channel 14

Orchestra
On / off - changes between a single treble instrument from the presets row or multiple instruments chosen from the orchestra row (in = orchestra row)
Flutes - activates flutes registers - reed organ - channel 4
            Secondary instrument - church organ - channel 4
Flutes  16, 8, 5and a third, 4, 2 and 2 thirds, 2 foot.

Piano - acoustic grand piano - channel 1
            Secondary - acoustic guitar - channel 1
Harpsic - harpsichord - channel 5
            Secondary - banjo - channel 5
Strings - synth strings 1 - channel 6
            Secondary - violin - channel 6

Light / heavy - puts channel 9 to monophonic (trumpet / steel drums)
Button to put orchestra into secondary function mode - expand how select instruments from both modes - select instruments function 1, then press button, then select instruments function 2 and all will sound from both functions i.e. expands range of layer instruments.
Repeat / perc - repeats percussion controlled by repeat speed knob

Pre-sets
Same sounds as orchestra, but only one possible at a time to allow very quick changes with 1 button.
